We understand that sometimes you may make a purchase and decide you no longer want it. DelivrMe gives you the ability to cancel your order, but they may be associated charges depending on what stage the order is at.
If a store has not yet accepted your order, then you will be able to cancel it with no charges. However, if the order has been accepted and is in preparation status, cancelling may incur a charge. Again, this is dependent on the individual store and its policies.
If your order is in the pending allocation status, this means that a rider has not been assigned for delivery yet. You will be able to cancel the order from here, keeping in mind the preparation charges as stated above. However, if a driver has picked up the order, you won't be able to request a cancellation.
