You can track your delivery in real-time using the DelivrMe App. When your order is placed and accepted by the store, we will update you with rider information. We understand that sometimes addresses can be difficult - identifying features help!
If the delivery has not yet been assigned to a rider, it will be in the pending allocation status; this means that the app may delay your delivery until a rider can confirm pick-up.
You are free to cancel the delivery at any time before a rider picks up the goods. However, there may be a cancellation fee if the order has already reached the preparation stage. You can read more about this on the individual store's policies. If the store has not yet accepted the order or began to prepare, no charges will apply.
