We hope you are happy with your delivery through DelivrMe, but we know that problems can occur! Should your item arrive and you want to return it because it may be faulty, broken, damaged or you no longer want the item, then you will be able to return it to the store for an exchange, with the receipt provided by the rider!
We may be able to arrange a delivery/exchange service in circumstances where the user is vulnerable or unable to leave the property, we will do what we can to help. We will only be able to do this where the problem in hand was not the customer's fault, for example, if you no longer want the item or it does not fit, yet we have provided the correct ordered item then it would be down to the customer to arrange the return/exchange as we have fulfilled our terms of service! Should a receipt not have been issued in this circumstance then contact us and we will be able to retrieve a virtual copy, however, this may take some time!
